What to post and how to meditate?
Post the name of the person that needs healing. If you know their Mother's name, post it too. If you have a small picture of them, add it to your post. When Meditating, scan the 3 Aramaic letters Mem-Hey-Shin from Right to Left, say the person's name, visualize them if you can, and send them healing thoughts.
